This page explains what information torres.digital collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, ask me through the contact form.
Who is responsible
torres.digital is the consulting site of Alejandro Torres. I am responsible for the information collected here. For any privacy question or request, write to me through the contact form.
What I collect
When you send the contact form:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your company website or name
- What you need first
- Your monthly paid media spend range
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, only if you give it
- Your message, only if you write one
The form also sends the address of the page where you arrived on the site, so I know where the inquiry came from.
When you browse the site: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you reached the site.
Anti-spam: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. To do that, it processes signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address.
Why I use it
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To understand your situation and see which kind of engagement fits, before we talk.
- To understand how people use the site, so I can improve it.
Services that process it
I use a few services to run the site and handle inquiries. Each one processes data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the form.
- Zapier routes form submissions from the site to my CRM.
- HubSpot is the CRM where I store contacts and inquiries.
- Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) measures site usage.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data. I don't add you to a marketing list or newsletter unless you ask for it.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries for as long as they are needed for our business relationship. If you ask me to delete your information, I delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request through the contact form.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
